Day Two.....

So this morning has been a little bit better than the last.  I decided that in order for me to make this weigh-loss journey somewhat successful I needed to get my self on some sort of an exercise regimen.....so I decided last night that seeings how I hope to do the 5k later in the losingbig.org program that I should somewhat train for it so I decided that daily I will do the Couch to 5k plan.  For day one you are suppose to:
           Brisk five-minute warm-up walk.
         Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and
         90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.   
I know this sounds easy, but this is soooooo not.  As I was pushing the stroller and jogging behind it I found myself praying to god that the stupid 60 second timer would go off, so I could walk again.  If this is day one, I have no idea how I will complete this 9 week program.  I just hope it gets better.  As far as my meal plan, I am doing better.  I woke up this morning and had my morning coffee (almost black...slowly working on that) and then did my run.  I came home and had 1c of grits and 6tbs of egg whites.  I think the breakfast part of this diet is my favorite....lol...  I'll try to blog and let you know how I am doing later this evening.  This will be my first "real " day of my diet.  If any of you want to join me in this so-not-fun-and-boring-tasteless-adventure let me know!

Oh PS....... My noom app said that today I lost 78 calories on my run this morning......That's 2 peaches...lol... Hey it's better than the apple I lost yesterday!
